Since then Jenn has helped cement Royal Pets Hotel as THE leader in Ontario Standards and Performance in Pet Care through our bespoke Dog Daycare Service, Cat Vacations (Cat Boarding) and Dog Vacations (Dog Boarding). A sought after international Speaker on the topics of Pet Care, Small Business Management and evolving Government Legislation and Oversight, Jenn has helped raise the profile of Royal Pets Hotel, the Ontario Pet Care Industry and the vocation of Professional Pet Care Provider.

Michelle has been a friend of Royal Pets since 2009. First and always as a Pet Parent bringing dear Matilda, Stanley, Rosie, Blizzard and now Greta. Michelle’s journey has included being a Pet Parent, a Volunteer, a Care Giver, Reservation Specialist and Project Management Advisor.  Currently Michelle is our part-time Reservation Specialist and our current Occupational Health and Safety Representative. Michelle’s extensive background and training in Science and Medicine has more than prepared her for the further training  and certifications she has attained and employs while working here at the hotel.

Talis – CPACM, VT, Operations and HR Co-Ordinator

Talis joined Royal Pets in 2010 after spending six years working in veterinary clinics and grooming salons throughout Barrie. A graduate of St. Lawrence College’s Veterinary Technology program, she also gained invaluable hands-on experience working at a world-class wildlife rescue before joining our team.

Bringing with her a deep compassion for animals and a boundless enthusiasm for their care, Talis quickly became a living example of what Royal Pets stands for. Over the years, she has continued to expand her expertise through extensive continuing education, earning certifications and qualifications in:

Her professional journey culminated in becoming Ontario’s first Board-Certified Professional Animal Care Manager (PACCC) — a distinction that reflects both her commitment to excellence and her leadership within the pet care industry. Talis continues to expand her knowledge and experience with continuing education and helping shape our community’s future pet caregivers.
