Reception refers to the times when we have dedicated staff who have the training and whose day has been allocated to take care of the Reception duties of the hotel. Those hours and responsibilities are very different from our Care Hours and responsibilities. Our staff are here providing care outside of the reception hours, but the property remains closed to pet parents and visitors.
