The Royal Pets family has lost our cherished friend, colleague, and fur baby.
Reggie — or Reginald Royal, as he sometimes insisted on being called — succumbed suddenly to lymphoma on January 1st. In his 16th year, our dear boy was loved by all. Even the most reluctant doggie guest eventually fell under his spell.
We know that you, our extended family of pet parents, will feel this loss too.
Reggie has crossed over the Rainbow Bridge to reunite with far too many of our beloved fur friends. We take comfort in knowing how incredibly well loved he was from the very first moment he came to the hotel — a young kitten, abandoned by his mum, and welcomed into our care. Over the years, he was adopted by many mummies and daddies, all of whom claimed him as their own.
The cavernous hole in our Royal Pets heart will never truly be filled, but it is softened by the opportunities you give us to be surrogate family to the beautiful souls who visit us every day.
Rest in peace, sweet boy ❤️
