Adventures with Jobs 4 Dogs this week !

It’s been another tail-wagging week of fun, learning, and adventure here at Jobs4Dogs Enrichment Daycare!

In addition to our favorite social play sessions and games that make practicing good manners pure fun, our dogs have been enjoying plenty of time out on the trails. We’re incredibly fortunate to have our own private forest walks right here in Oro-Medonte, just minutes from Horseshoe Valley — who needs Copeland Forest when you have trails this beautiful right outside your door?

The dogs have loved soaking up the sights, sounds, and especially the smells of the woods — noses to the ground, tails wagging, and smiles all around. These walks are the perfect mix of mental and physical enrichment, giving every pup a chance to practice calm leash manners while exploring nature with friends.

Our small class sizes and strong focus on positive manners training make it possible for two caregivers to walk four dogs — two each — safely and confidently. For our larger guests from the big-dog group, we headed out in pairs, one dog per caregiver, to make sure everyone had space to stretch their legs and enjoy the adventure.

Even our new daycare friend Penny, who tends to be a little shy, found her stride this week! Her forest walk with her new pal Maisie turned into the perfect opportunity to build confidence and come out of her shell. It’s amazing to see how a bit of fresh air, friendship, and encouragement can bring out the best in every dog.

Whether it’s a gentle stroll through the forest or an energetic romp in the play yard, every outing at Jobs4Dogs is designed with both fun and safety in mind. We couldn’t be prouder of our dogs for their great manners, teamwork, and zest for life.
